Our Male waiters personality was a little bit flat effect, he did not bring straws initially and took a prolonged period of time to bring us a set, we requested separate checks he did not answer but when the one check arrived it was circled in red, no separate checks. The food was delicious and well-priced
Great neighborhood spot for pastries, breakfast, and tacos. The food had that homemade vibe, and the prices were just right. Our table salsa had a pleasant spice and the guacamole was fresh and simple, which is my favorite. The tacos were on homemade fresh flour tortillas which is hard to find in Austin for some reason. Perfect for a casual breakfast or lunch with friends and family.
So. Good. Not a variety of coffees and creamers but the coffee they have is the perfect boldness. Their Joey Rocha's breakfast was so filling and delicious, nothing was super greasy or fatty. Their salsa tasted, smelled, and looked fresh. The pastries are EVERYTHING. The empanadas were soft and FULL of the different fillings. The ginger pig was just the right softness and flavor. Even the cookies were far better than most cookies I've had at panaderias. The staff was kind and quick, without being overbearing. We loved the entire experience!
First and best meal in Austin. No nonsense texmex menu, large portions and low prices. Highly recommend!
The migas, the barbacoa, the carne guisada, the pan dulce, it's all good. It is an East Austin icon, go get you some delicious Tex-Mex food. Oh and bring quarters for the jukebox.
Exceptional legit breakfast tacos. Casual friendly atmosphere. The flour tortillas practically melt in your mouth they're so good. The Miga con Todo was my favorite taco but everything I tried was great. Great service and really affordable too! Highly recommend.
The food is very good...very well prepared...fast enough service..and pruce is just right! The hundreds of thousands 8f satisfied customers don't lie! Portions are generous and place has ample space to enjoy breakfast or lunch!! I highly recommend it!!
I liked it. Had the eggs, beans, potatoes, sausage, and guiso. Plus got some bread to go. So much food, so worth it.

My hubby and I went to Joe's with some friends for breakfast before Eeyore's the other weekend, and MAN, it was soooo good!!! For a bunch of people who love each other, we didn't have much to talk about because we were too busy chowing down on the delicious food ???? We will absolutely be back and soon! Everything is fresh and the staff is really attentive and nice. Can't wait to go back!
